Hello,
I started using templates to have a more structured presentation of our support use cases.
It has 3 sections.
Now when I want to export the Body (excel,json, API all same), i get an almost empty body without any of the text we have written in the article.
Any idea in which table the text of each section has been saved ? i did not find any answer on the forum nor with AI 😉
