My current employer are using Servicenow Express.
We are trying to analyse their current sys_user_has_role list.
My previous employer used a MID server that pulled in users and groups and we have roles setup via groups in Servicenow so when roles were added you can see in the inherited/granted by column to see which group the role came from.
Current Servicenow Express has DWH user, group push and inherited by, granted by is all empty.
However the inheritance map shows where the role came from.
Is there a way I can extract this data in a excel format for analysis? Was thinking database view but which tables does the inheritance map use?
