Hi @MilosDjorovic

Greetings!!

Good to know that you are starting your ServiceNow journey. I would be happy to mentor you through this journey. I am a ServiceNow trainer and would be happy to help. Please let me know your thoughts, and we can connect.

In the meantime, I would suggest starting with the CSA certification, as it is the first and most fundamental certification and will give you a good foundation.

Hello Atul,

Thanks for the reply, i have completed the Welcome to Service Now and the Micro Certification. Currently im on the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals, it is a bit challenging especially since my company has 2 separate tenants and 4k+ employees so there is a lot of Info bombing, not to mention the last SNOW admin left the workplace before i could do a proper knowledge transfer. I will proceed with the course and certification ofcourse, i can see myself as an experienced ServiceNow admin or eventually platform owner one day.

Hi mate,

Greetings!

Thanks for DMing me. Since you’re doing the CSA course and mentioned that you’re getting a lot of information, I wanted to share something that may help.

I have a CSA batch playlist on my channel. Since you’re already following the CSA course on Now Learning, I would recommend starting the playlist from the beginning as well. It will give you more depth and help you understand the concepts better. Many of the things you’ll use in your day-to-day ServiceNow work are covered there.

CSA is a foundational course, so take your time with it. Don’t just read the material—focus on learning and understanding why things work the way they do. Don’t lose hope or patience if you struggle with some topics. Sometimes it takes a little time, but as your concepts become clearer, you’ll gradually build confidence.

Please feel free to reach out if you need any help or guidance from my side.

One more important point: don’t focus too much on the certification right now. Your first goal should be to learn and understand the platform. Once you have a strong foundation and feel comfortable with the concepts, then go for the certification.

Also, don’t compare yourself with others or worry that someone else is moving faster than you. Everyone has a different learning pace. First build your foundation, strengthen your knowledge, and then take the certification when you feel ready.
