Hello everyone
I am fresher looking to start my career in the servicenow mainly in CMDB or ITOM. can I directly start with CMDB or I have to learn CSA, CAD then CMDB. I have no clue where to start to get job I poor at Java script I have proficient knowledge in SQL only in IT field but I have degree in supply chain management. Looking to enter into IT where high demand and low competition exist. Want to move to abroad as which skills can help me to achieve my goals. Looking for valuable for you.

You can start with CSA, its for building basics of ServiceNow. Then you you can move to CIS- cmdb/csdm foundations its free attempt till June 30. In market current demand is high for HRSD, CSM and ITSM. you can see blue print of these courses to figure out what matches your interest.
Further you want to delve where competition is low but demand is good is to have solid hold over IRM, GRC modules.
