Working with ServiceNow workflows made it clear how tricky lead distribution becomes once calls, forms, and multiple campaigns are involved. Phonexa fits well for tracking inbound calls, but the bigger challenge is routing those leads automatically to the right queue or team without manual steps. I’m exploring ways to tie call tracking analytics into assignment rules and notifications so lead handling stays fast and predictable.
