Senior vs 'Regular' Author in Knowledge Management

Hi,

 

We currently have an Author/Contributor role and are wanting to add a Senior Author/Contributor type role.

Does anyone have experience in defining the two roles (features/capabilities)

So far we have for a Senior Author:

  • Feature Content
  • Spotlight Content (Content Publishing in EC)
  • Exclusive Reports 

We'd like to know of anyone experience in selection of a Senior Author etc.
