ServiceNow Account merge disaster

Hi All,

I recently had my accounts merged, and since then I’ve lost access to the ServiceNow Community. An incident has already been created for this, but so far there hasn’t been any progress. I’m really concerned about potentially losing all my previous community posts, ranking, and the countless hours of effort that went into them.

Incident ID: INC1470202
The issue occurred after the account merge.

I would really appreciate any assistance on this.

Please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Register a new ServiceNow account in https://partnerportal.servicenow.com
Step 2: Click "New User?" Get a ServiceNow ID
Step 3: Click "Not yet a ServiceNow Partner?"
Step 4: Give your new email address (from new employer) and other details
Step 5: You will get an activation link
Step 6: Activate the account
Step 7: Your employer will approve your partner access
Step 8: Login to partner portal with your new credentials
Step 9: Merge your old ID with New ID
