Hi I just wanted to clarify, back in 2022 we made a suggestion for the ServiceNow Knowledge Article Feedback option to be available in the ServiceNow Platform as well as just on the portal.
Ive had a look and can not find anything to suggest that this is now available in the platform as well. The below only applies to end users, just wanted to confirm i am correct.

Sys property 'glide.knowman.feedback.enable_actionable_feedback_for_helpful' set to 'True'
Sys property 'glide.knowman.feedback.enable_actionable_feedback_for_rating' set to '3'

Hi @Karl F-V ,
This should work on the Knowledge Service Portal, Some people have a separate KB Portal or page, it will work there and not on the normal Service Portal.
