Servicenow PDI is unavailable

I created a PDI today only dev314335, I have worked on it for 2-3 hours, but its status is now offline. Any idea how to make the instance online

Unfortunately, there is no official support provide for PDIs.

You need to wait until it comes back again and there is no timeframe deined for the same.
