ServiceNow Resume not displaying badges and microcertfication

Hi all,

*Not sure if this is the right forum* Is anyone else having issues with ServiceNow Resume not displaying badges and microcertfications? 

*If helpful, also having issues with ServiceNow University profile not displaying as well as not saving skills.

Hi all, FYI the problem was that you have to highlight the "Show" column first, then "Highlight" column will allow checking the checkbox. *Must do under both certifications and badges.
