Setup a new product topic on community

I'd like to request the addition of a new product category for Community Notes.

Category name: Finance Case Management

This would cover FCM, related workflows and common applications as per product docs:

Could you let me know the process to get this set up?

Wouldn't an internal ask be better for this, since you are a ServiceNow Employee? You are requesting this in the ServiceNow Community where most of the 1 million + members have absolutely now idea where this is managed.
