Thank you, nicolesnide & Allen Van de Wa... that worked!
Here it is for those still having issues with the instruction:
- Navigate to Knowledge > Articles > Create New
- When picking the Template, select Policy
Right-click on the form header (where it displays 'Policy New record').
Choose: Configure > Form Layout.
- On the pop-up window, select Not Now.
- Add the three items from the Available section to the Selected section (Overview, Purpose, Policy Details), at the bottom of the list, in that order.
- Save, and then Validate

Be mindful of the picture in the instructions folks. Ensure the field order is correct and that they are below the 'Wiki' field.

Am I doing something wrong here. The instance created for this course is Zurich. I've created the Article Template. But when i select Article -> Create new and select the policy I am presented with a form with just the 3 fields I specified. Nothing like the instructions. Is the course outdated?
Edit: I got round it by instead going to the template table directly "u_kb_template_policy", clicking new and configuring the form that way instead of going through "Create New" on the article navigation item.
