Maintenance: I am trying to clean up my taxonomy and would like to delete older Knowledge
versions in Connected Content tab. Do you see any trickle-down effect if I delete them out of the Connected Content tab? Thank you~
When you delete, only the association with the topic and taxonomies is removed; the actual knowledge article remains intact.
If you are on the Zurich release or planning to upgrade, consider leveraging the “Outdated Connected Content” out-of-box functionality as part of your enhancements.
Manual deletion is not required as there is also an auto-delete option - once you activate the scheduled job, it will automatically remove outdated content.
