Unable to Access ServiceNow Community After Account Merge

Hi, all.
I’m unable to access the ServiceNow Community with my account miftikhar2016@gmail.com.
I lost access after my old account, muhammad.iftikhar@cognizant.com, was merged into the new one.
An incident (INC1470202) has already been created regarding this issue, but I can’t view or access it either. I only received an email notification about it. I’ve also sent multiple emails to web_support@servicenow.com but haven’t received any response or assistance so far.
Could someone from the support or admin team please help me restore my community access or provide an update on this incident?
