Hello ServiceNow Community,
I've recently switched to using my personal account and noticed that my posts are awaiting approval. I'm eager to contribute and engage as actively as before.
Also, the reason why I wanted to continue using my personal email is because last time when I moved data from company email to personal, I've lost all the community data & achievements so that is the reason why I wanted to continue with my personal email now. But it's kind of frustrating that I had to wait for hours before my reply actually gets posted. I usually try to find posts sorting with most recent so that I'd be the first to reply or help them fix their issue but with this in place I'm not sure how I can use community like I used to.
Could anyone advise on how long the approval process takes and how I can expedite returning to full participation? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
