Hello all,
I am trying to complete the Micro-Certification of Welcome to ServiceNow(Zurich).
This is regarding task 4 of the certification. As stated in step 2 of the 'Populate and arrange the VTB', we need to move the incidents to the VTB using 'Action on selected rows'. However, I am unable to see the 'Add to Visual Task Board' option in 'Actions on selected rows'. Please refer the screenshot, and provide solution, if possible.
