In 2024, during my time at Knowledge, I observed a demonstration featuring confetti displayed on the screen when an agent logged into their agent space within ServiceNow. I am currently exploring how to integrate a similar feature into our system. The concept involves triggering a confetti animation, accompanied by a welcome banner, the first time a new agent with agent permissions signs into the system. This would be followed by a guided tour of the platform. Since my department is HR, this implementation would specifically cater to new agents within the HR space.
