My User name is kept changing in the community

Do you have different user name in ServiceNow platforms like Now Support, Now Learning, and Servicenow Community. In that case , it could be a synching issue against ur user Id

Now Learning has a user name?
I will go and update it there. could you please share where can I find the user_name in the now learning
And I have been using this account for last 3.5 years and this is happening since this morning.

Hi @Chaitanya ILCR ,
You can go to the My Settings in Community Dashboard below My Profile: In this you can change the username from it. I have attached my profile screenshot; you can refer to it.
My guess will be ServiceNow is currently merging the university and community; for this reason, I have seen the change in usernames of members.
