Hi all,
I am using Contract Management Pro and DocuSign integration to sign my documents. I used the word add-in to configure my templates (mostly signature blocks and data mappings).
This is my word template:
The thing is that when I generate a document in ServiceNow, it looks like this:
Which causes that when I send the document for signature (in the contract workspace), the document that is received in DocuSign looks like this:
I'm wondering if there is a wrong configuration. Do you have any idea why this is happening? or is this just normal?
Thanks in advance

Hello @Fer Ortiz ,
The DocuSign control tags are seen due to the font colour applied to the tagged text. To prevent these tags from appearing, you can set the font colour of the tagged text to match the document’s background colour before inserting content controls for signatures or signatories.
Hope this helps resolving your issue.

Hello @Fer Ortiz,
By “something wrong,” do you mean the overlapping of the signature and the content controls text?
Regards,

Hello, @Amruta Iyengar thans for your comment. Yes, content controls text and DocuSign data are overlapping. Do you have any idea why?

Hello @Amruta Iyengar , thanks for your response. I really appreciate your time explaining this solution. I had done some tests configuring the font color, but I was not comfortable with that workaround, so I posted this question. The fact that you have given me a similar solution makes me think this is normal. Do you know if changing the font color is actually something necessary (i mean, is it documented like that?) to do for each template we configured? Have you faced this situation in any implementation before?
Again, thanks for your time and your response. 😁
