I have started doing the Bootcamp Course for CMP: 

On day three, there is a lesson for configuring the Word templates. https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/learning-course?id=learning_course&course_id=e535491b47... .

The Day 2 Activity Guide contains a link to an example Word document on the ServiceNow Sharepoint: https://servicenow.sharepoint.com/:w:/r/sites/HR_GTMR/Shared%20Documents/General/Bootcamps/Contract%....

But the document is not accessible for a Microsoft user that is not configured in the ServiceNow tenant. However, the templates can be found in the knowledge base. Maybe it's a little confusing to have the ServiceNow Sharepoint links in the Lab Activity Guide.
