SLA definition in Contract management

Hello everyone :

  1. SLA Configuration in Contracts (ast_contract):
We have Service Commitments for Contract and Service Commitments. How can these be defined as SLAs? Is it possible to visualize them similar to how we see SLAs in the Incident table?

  2. Service Contract vs SLA:
In Service Contracts, it seems similar to SLAs, but I’m not sure how useful it is or whether it needs to be defined for each contract or service offering. What would typically be the start condition for this?

  3. Process Non-Contractual SLAs:
These are available only when the contract model is set to Service Contract. How are these typically used, and what’s their purpose?

Could someone please provide a scenario-based example showing how SLAs can be defined in this context, connecting all these points together  ( we are using contract management [not pro])

Thank you
