Where does CMR record creation originate from?

I need to make changes to parts of the CMR record creation but cannot find where the "CMR" record is being generated from. Is it in a Flow? if so, which one? Is it in a script include? Does anyone know?

I need to be able to change the Assignment Group at CMR record creation from "Legal Contracts Support" to another group name, but where is that set at??

hello Brandon,

I think you can change the assignment group by adding/modifying the Assignment rule for your intake form.
