We have a catalog item with user criteria defined to control visibility.
It functions correctly in the desktop view. However, this catalog item is visible in the Now Mobile app even though it should not be.
Are user criteria applied differently between the desktop and Now Mobile?
Users can see the catalog item in the list and click on it, but receive an error message: "You are either not authorized or the record is not valid" when attempting to open it.
Why is this catalog item visible to users? How is this possible?
I discovered the [sys_sg_data_item] table, which displays data items based on conditions, but it doesn’t seem to apply user criteria. The same issue applies to the List item configuration in the [sys_sg_master_item] table.
Has anyone else experienced this behavior? Any insights or help would be greatly appreciated.
