Hi All,

In CSM essentials i did not find below topics to specially knowledge management, pls guide me from where can i read these topics before appearing for CIS-CSM exam.

There are so many pages and I don't think sharing Now university content snippet is allowed. I would recommend to login and check the content of lesson 5 for knowledge Management

 

Here is CSM best practice course I found on university, you can check this out too:

I believe the questions from this area won't be that much and you should be good once you take the course and complete the ebook and hands-on lab

no where it is mentioned the work article quality index or bulk translations ,and other topics in entire course.
