How to create a metric

Hi

 

Need to create a metric if a problem record has been changed from Resolve/Close to RCA (re-analyse).

There is an Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) metric available, and you can use that.

 so what have you done until now and where do you get stuck? what have you tried?

 

In general, you can have a look at the OOTB metrics and develop based on these.
