Hi everyone ,
i have few requirements around the kb generation oob skill
basically in oob skill usage we click on create article ui action on incident ofrm and the ui page opened to as language and knowledge based after selecting these it asked to include past incidents and then it generated draft state article with body but my requirements are
1. we need custom format that article body should be displayed by skill
2. when drafted by this skill , we need to add meta tags automatically
3.and if possible few other fields on kb article form also updated
please let me know if any one of the above things were feasible or not , small info will be appreciated
