My Personal Developer Instance Only Gives Me aes.creator Role — Need Admin Access

Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to request a Personal Developer Instance for the Zurich release, but every time it provisions me as aes.creator with no “Change User Role” option.
I’ve already released and re-requested multiple instances, cleared cache, and tried different browsers, but it keeps happening.
I’m not part of a company — just learning ServiceNow personally.
Has anyone found a fix for this or had Developer Support reset their account?
