One more error I'm getting while creating my first application from studio. Please help to resolve

You can resolve this by manually deleting the partially created application record.
Go to the Applications [sys_scope_list] table, filter the record using the sys_id mentioned in the error message, and then delete that specific record.
After deleting it, try creating the application again from Studio.
