Need to create an app from creator studio

Hi @DipanjanaMitra,

You can try clearing your browser cache first and then check again. If that doesn’t fix it, try repairing or updating the Creator Studio plugin to the latest version. And in case the issue still continues, you can release your current instance and request a new one, Since, PDI's aren’t supported directly by ServiceNow, so these are basically the most effective steps you can try yourself.
