Report not showing in dashboard

I have created a report and save that report.

After that I have created a dashboard and then I clicked to edit button and then i clicked on add new element and this option gives me menu like which type of widget you want to add so i select data visualisation and then i have selected saved data visualisation and i try to search my saved report but it is not showing my saved report.

so how can i add my saved report to the data visualisation ?

 

I also added the reference images.

create new Dashboard and add report .

There is no option to create a dashboard.
Could you explain me how to create a dashboard?
