I’m working on a ServiceNow RPA automation PoC using our partner demo instance:
https://testdnbhddemo1.service-now.com
I need the following plugins activated to complete the setup:
- sn_rpa_studio
- sn_rpa_runtime
- sn_rpa_ih_spoke
- com.snc.credential_store
However, I’m unable to access the HI portal directly. Can you please raise a support ticket to ServiceNow HI on my behalf to enable these plugins?

@HARIPRASADM,
Hi, first of all - remove the customer's name (part of the URL shared). Nobody us will most likely have the access to it, thus it is redundant... and ServiceNow links can be share as "https://your-instance.service-now.com/esc " and the link to "/esc" will be the same for all the instances due to the unified infrastructure...
It is a good practice to anonymise the clients and their data. Knowing the DEV URL can be abused to get the PROD one and try to access it...
Then plugins don't need to be installed from the HI Portal, you can navigate to "Plugins" (screenshot from my PDI):
RPA:
Be careful, once installed it cannot be uninstalled, thus for the PoC you shall use the PDI > an instance for free from http://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do
Let me know if it helped

Hi @HARIPRASADM
If you don't have access to the Hi/Now support portal, you'll need to ask your client to raise the request on your behalf. There are many cases like this — for example, I also don’t have access to Now Support, so I ask my client to submit the request for me.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
