UI Builder: Setting Up a Knowledge Content Component

Hi all,

I’m working in UI Builder and trying to set up the Knowledge Content component so that it displays an article. I am getting pretty stuck on how to set it up, with the HTML feed. 

Ideally, I’d like it to be dynamic- so that if the article itself is updated, the component would automatically reflect those updates. If that’s not possible, I’d still like to understand the right way to set up the component and pull the HTML from the article I want.

I feel like I’m missing something simple here, but I’m not sure what the recommended approach is. Can anyone share how you’ve set this up, or point me to the right configuration steps?

You can add a "Get knowledge record details" data resource (under Data and scripts) and feed that into your Knowledge Content - Article details.

Add "Get knowledge record details" to "Data resources".

Bind "articleDetails" from "Get knowledge record details" to the knowledge component.
