Hi Community,
I'm facing an issue in my ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI) related to the NLU Workbench.
I created a new NLU model under NLU Workbench > Models, but when I try to add an Intent to this model, I get the following error message:
"Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available. Please try again after sometime, if the issue persists log an issue with Support."
I have tried the following steps to troubleshoot:
Cleared cache and reloaded the instance.
Tried in different browsers and incognito mode.
Checked system logs for errors related to NLU.
Verified that the NLU plugin is activated.
Restarted the instance from the PDI dashboard.
Despite these attempts, the issue still persists. I’m unable to proceed with building intents, and it's blocking my development work.
Is this a common issue with PDIs? Is there any known workaround or configuration I might be missing?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance,

Hi @FarzanA07,
Please refer this post.

The same question has been posted, and a ServiceNow employee has responded as follows:
Machine Learning services, like NLU, are not available in PDIs.
