1st line of Data in a report is not showing (list View)

Hi SNC,
We have a group of Analysts in a specific group with the report_admin role.
They originally had the admin role, however we have now restricted their view.
When they go to review/View a report certain List views are not showing the very first line of data - effectively we see the case reference number and none of the other data in the columns - however after that we see the data.
If you click on the case and go back to the report - the next case comes to the top of the list view without its data.
we have not seen this before and it doesn't happen if you have the admin role.
Have added a screen shot so people can sort of see the issue.
any help out there would be greatly welcomed.
