Does anyone know how to change the name on the Chat message box, from say Sarah Barnes to just Sarah when the chat is answered by an agent - it is obviously taking the data from the User Table, however not sure where I need to go to change it from the Name field to just the First Name field.
Any pointers, greatly welcomed
