Accomodating Customer specific Support number

Is there a possibility to have customer specific support number on the virtual agent menu item option for call support on service portal? Or is it like we can have only one support number configured for this? Screenshot attached for reference.

Hi,

Navigate to sys_properties.LIST

Update "com.glide.cs.branding.support_phone " system property value

I guess that won't help me make it customer specific as it would be only one number and same for all customers.
