Account placeholder

Hi all, 

 

On the csm side of servicenow when I view a case the account placeholder is empty even though I selected a company after submitting the case. It also shows up the same in the backend until it assigned to agent. Any help would be appreciated thank you

Hi @JeanMunga ,
Please check if any BR running in backend for setting the Account field on case creation.
or check any rule that Set or populate the account field based on Company or related user info.
