Added Client Email Template but not working for Agent workspace home reply emails

I added a client Email Template as below for problem table. In problem record, more->email , the FROM ADDRESS is same as i added in Email client template. But when reply to a mail from Agent Workspace Home, its not working. The mails are receiving from Email Accounts SMTP FROM ADDRESS. Provide me a solution to send reply mails from default address(xyz@example.com) which i used in template other than instance email accounts from address.

However, composing an email template support conditions and you can have different templates each specific to a table. - this is mentioned in link
i Tried for a specific table(problem) but its not working.
