Additional comments by inbound action.

Hello,
I want that additional comment should auto create on incident when anyone reply on the email of additional comment or mentioned mail . But the requirement is that it should only create the addition comments of the user that are already exists in system not for the guest users.
but when I tried it creates for both users. Can anyone please suggest how can I do it.

My instance was not creating additional comments for reply email so i updated the "update incident" inbound action now it is working but now my requirement is that it should only create additional comment of user that are in instance not for the guest users . but it is creating for both

it should not create additonal comment from my personal email id .

did you get solution on this? i am facing this issue
