Hello,
Is there a way to give a user administrator rights for the entire CSM application? I could not find a specific CSM Admin role. Wanted to check if and how this can be achieved.
Thanks,
Sushant

Hi
for the entire "CSM application" this is not possible, as there is a strict separation between internal and external roles. For a better understanding, please see support article https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0639072
Kind regards
Maik

Hi
As Maik Mentioned you cannot have something called CSM admin for whole CSM Application. A user should never be assigned any combinations of both the internal and external roles, such as sn_publication.author and sn_customerservice.customer_admin.
Go through this link to know the roles installed with CSM and assign accordingly :https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/sandiego-customer-service-management/page/product/customer-...
Also, here is a great article written which explains the general Q & A about CSM roles :-https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_blog&sys_id=a68e2257db1dd3404e1df4621f961911
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep
