after login it is redirecting to service operations workspace but it should go to native UI home

When I am login with tier-1 agent having ITIL role and service desk it is redirecting to service operation workspace by default. but it should go to native UI home page.

I have the same issue - itil users (non admin) are being redirected. Did you figure this one out?

Hi Vinod,
We recently upgraded to Utah and came across this. I resolved this by disabling the Homepage in UI builder, now when users login they are directed to the San Diego landing page / Next Experience Landing Page. (Some users were directed to dashboards which was a user preference that I removed, "my_home_navigation_page" was set to "$pa_dashboard.do" for some users)
Full solution:
From UI builder access the "Unified Navigation App" (URL Path - nav/ui)
Access "Unified Navigation Landing Page - Service Operations Workspace Audience" (under Home / Landing Page )
Click Settings in the header
Set this record to inactive and disable the audience.
