The "Select a search resource" menu has a couple of options more than I need.
The Docs page on the subject reads, "Additional Resources—Tables that can be queried. You cannot add to these. You can see the full list by navigating to Contextual Search > Additional Resources."
OK, but can I deactivate the couple resources I don't want to use?
"Active" is locked down pretty tight. It's not "Read only" at the dictionary level. I checked. I didn't see any relevant ACLs (although admittedly, I may not have locked hard enough).
Anyone have any insight into this? Am I missing some reason why these shouldn't be deactivated (assuming I can even find a way)?

Hi Chad,
I am working on a similar issue, were you able to figure out how to remove the two drop downs?

Dagmawi,
We never did find a solution here. As Gaurav's reply to my initial post indicates, ServiceNow gives you some configuration around those UI Actions, but disabling the UI Actions does not appear to be an option.
Perhaps in a future release.
