Approval Groups on a CI

We currently use the Change functionality and have one approval group attached to a CI, but we have had a requirement to add multiple approval groups to a CI. 

Then on the change we would need someone from each of the approval groups to approve.

Is this possible?

Hi @Sharon DB 

As it is a reference type field you need to change it to LIST type field to add multiple groups.
If you are using workflow you can use below condition for each approval from each group:
