Assignment Group Change Metric on Case Form

Hi Team,

We have a metric "Assignment Group Change" .

Now the issue is a Case is assigned to a Group and then its resolved but the Calculation does not show as Complete for the "Assignment Group Change"

So Doesn't it move the Calculation to Complete as the Case is "Resolved/Closed"

Hi,

It is a field value duration metric so it will be updated on assignment group change not on state change

This is not true for incident table.  When a incident are closed field "Calculation complete" for metric "Assignment group" it is set to true as expected and the Duration is calculated
