Which plugin do I need to install for interactive filters?

You don't need any additional plugins for interactive filters, they are available by default. should have right roles to configure one (ex: report_admin)

By default, I am unable to see the interactive plugins, I already added report_admin role , but still I am unable to see the interactive plugins.

For interactive filters in ServiceNow, install the "Interactive Filters" plugin.

You can enable it via System Definition > Plugins in the ServiceNow instance.
