could you please help me with a awa query.
I have configured a working model under **Advanced Work Assignment (AWA)** in our **Dev** environment where cases are being assigned based on **skills** using **Skill Determination Rules**.
However, when I try to move the Update Set from **Dev to Test**, the commit fails with the error:
> *“Could not find a table sd_skill_determination_rule this update requires.”*
Both **Dev and Test** are on the same release (**Yokohama**) and have the same plugins enabled (AWA and Agent Chat). Skills, service channels, and queues are already configured in Test as well.
Could you please help explain:
* Why this table exists in Dev but not in Test despite identical plugins?
* Is there any additional feature enablement or initialization required for Skill Determination Rules in the target instance?
* What is the recommended and supported way to resolve this so the Update Set can be committed successfully?
Any guidance or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
