Display the Pre-Chat Survey only to custom portal

Hello Community,
I'm new to Virtual agent. We are configuring the Pre-Chat survey with direct Live Agent Escalation.
Here we have created the Agent Chat Configuration for the portal required and with specific branding key. This works good. Later created the Pre-Chat Survey in Conversational Interfaces-> Settings by adding the survey created in survey designer(plz find attached) but the configuration is being visible in other portals eg., esc or csp, whatever change we are doing in our portal same is reflecting in other portals and like wise.
How to we restrict this change/configuration should only occur in the required portal and not touching the others. which condition should be given in pre-chat survey configuration to apply it only to specific portal ?
