Best way to ensure that case moves from "resolved" -state, to "closed" -state if it hasn't been updated?

Hi,

I'm implementing CSM instance to customer. I would like to know that what is the best way to ensure that case moves from "resolved" -state, to "closed" -state, if it hasn't been updated by customer in 7 days? Does it works like this as OOB, or does this needs some configuration? Any tips or documentation for this?

Best regards,
Miikka
