I’m exploring the integration of Customer Service Management (CSM) in ServiceNow with Amazon Connect for a proof-of-concept project.

  1. Is it possible to configure this integration within a ServiceNow Developer Account?
  2. Are there any limitations or restrictions (e.g., features, plugins, or APIs) when using a developer account for this purpose?
  3. If not, is there a free or trial option available to test this integration for learning or development purposes?
