Our application is a scoped CSM application. We have a situation where we produce delta export sets of case data based on sys_updated_on. After a case is closed, it appears in what should be for the last time in a nightly export. However, some days later, the case reappears in a subsequent export. The sys_updated_on has changed which explains why it is appearing in the subsequent export. But what we cannot figure out is what is causing the sys_updated_on to change past its closed date. Audit History doesn't show anything beyond the close itself. Thoughts on where to look?

Hi @George Cutrell ,
It will seem that the final close state is yet to be achieved. So the initial resolve shows then the final closed state is also been reported after the case auto close

@Mexiprince- Our application doesn't even used resoved state. Closed state is the final state. Audit history shows the record is closed say on July 1st - both state and closed date properly reflect that. However, some days later say on July 5th, sys_updated_on of the same record has an updated date but nothing in the audit history.

Hi @George Cutrell ,
This is what i meant - the Autoclose check after 5 days of resolution and no customer contact send a notification reminder and upon 10days to update to Final state of close.
New, Open, Awaiting Info, Resolved, Closed
